Lake Washington High School Theatre Booster Board
Who are we? We are a group of dedicated parents of kids who are passionate about theatre. We care deeply about all the kids in our Lake Washington High School family who are involved in the theatre program and are working hard to help our program succeed and thrive now and in the future. We have a monthly booster board meeting listed on our calendar that is open to all who want to attend. We also welcome warmly anyone who wants to join us in volunteering! Please reach out to any member of our team with any questions

The president coordinates booster board communication, meets weekly with producers, prepares agenda for monthly board meetings, and works closely with our director, theatre manager, and producers to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
Shanna is a huge fan of both theatre and kids, so she is doubly excited to serve on the booster board. Her goal is to help each production run seamlessly, reduce stress for all involved, and to sell out every show! She became an instant fan of LWHS drama and director Morgan Heetbrink when her then middle school daughter Brooke asked her family to attend "Beauty and the Beast" in May 2018. Brooke is now in high school and has been thrilled to have the chance to learn and grow through participating in the program here.
The producers work closely with director, president, and booster team to coordinate all tasks necessary for each production. They work with communications and publicity to promote auditions, shows, upcoming events, and meet weekly with the president to coordinate ongoing tasks.
